Water Bath Flow Coolers

Overview

Water bath flow coolers - also called flow chillers - with 3,000 ft of coil in a 60 m3 bath, built to ASME B31.3 for sour service and rated to 1,800 psi.

Three thousand feet of cooling coil in a 60 m3 water bath gives more than 275,000 square inches of heat transfer surface. Run it as one 3,000 ft coil or as two 1,500 ft coils. Piping is built to ASME B31.3 for sour service, and the coil is rated to 1,800 psi from -50 to 400 F.

A 4 inch 900# inlet manifold with dual inlets and dual outlets has pressure and temperature ports on all inlet and outlet piping. Like everything in our fleet, our flow coolers are available to rent or to buy outright.
